This is by far the best tattoo studio in astoria. Ive been tattooed all over the east coast by numerous tattooists, gallo is among the best in the business. i have tattoos from gallo that date back to 1993... they still look amazing. Hands down one of the most layed back tattoo environments in N.Y.

I would have to agree with everything Phil said. You could could not ask for a better place to get tattooed. Gallo is a GREAT artest. I have been tattooed by alot of artest and Gallo's work holds up great over time. Gallo also has a great personality and I can asure you you are not only going to leave with a great tattoo but you would have had a great time getting it.

Ive got several tattoos from different artists over the years. Then by chance i was introduced to Gallo and deceided to get some work done.I told John my ideas and he came up with an amazing piece of artwork. Its great when people come up to you and say where did you get that done and i can turn to them and proudly say. I got mine from John Gallo of Painless Steel the best around and i will be coming back for more from the master!!
